What is your shipping policy?

All our deliveries are carried out by logistics service providers DHL and Fedex.
Geoffrey Kent Safari (GKS) online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, which are not available through our courier, FEDEX or DHL.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. Economy – 5 to 7 Days, Express – 24 to 48hrs). You may request Express Delivery during the check-out process, extra charges apply.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. GKS cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

To which countries does Geoffrey Kent Safari ship?

Geoffrey Kent Safari ships internationally provided that our courier ships to your destination. Delivery costs change according to destination and weight. Below rates are an indication of shipping our larger items e.g. Luggage
Standard shipping rates:
• Monaco (2 Days): No Charge
• Europe (2-5 days): €50
• World (5-10 Days): €90 depending on delivery zones.

Express shipping rates:
• Europe (Next Day): €112
• World (2 Day): €160

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the Order Summary page. To the extent possible, all orders ship to destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
To the extent possible, all orders ship to destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain Sweden, The Netherlands

If you wish to ship to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. All additional taxes, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Please check back with your local customs house to find out if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Our shipping partner Fedex/DHL takes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. We are unable to provide an estimate for these charges. We do not receive any money from customs or import fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us at our expense. Please note that we will then have to deduct any related charges from the refund of your original purchase.

How do I track my package?

When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email confirming shipping details and tracking number. Please note that GKS does not have any control over delays caused by destination customs.

Is my package insured during shipping?

All goods are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from GKS to their final shipping address. Once an item is delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.
If for some reason a box arrives damaged, we recommend you either refuse delivery or make a note when signing that you’re accepting a damaged box.

Is it possible to add items to an existing order?

If you wish to add to an existing order and are unsure whether it has shipped, please email: admin@geoffreykentsafari.com
If your order has shipped, there is no way to add another item. You will need to place a new order with the additional item(s) you desire.

Orders & Payment

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All items are currently available, unless labelled “Sold Out.” Please note – any product in your shopping bag can be purchased by another visitor until the moment your order is complete.

Do I need to set up an account to order a Geoffrey Kent Safari product?

By setting up an account you can safely and securely store your information with us to save time during future online shopping visits.

You can easily remove saved credit card information and edit or add a new shipping or billing address.

How do I change my payment currency?

All orders are charged in Euros. To change currency, simply click the “Currency” icon and choose from the list. The price of your order will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction and may differ slightly from the indicative price shown on the website in your own currency.

How will I know Geoffrey Kent Safari has received my order and charged my card?

You will immediately receive an email to the address you provide confirming the details of the order once it is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; American Express, Visa, MasterCard. Payment is debited from your card at the time the order is placed.

We also offer the option to pay using your PayPal or Apple Pay account.

Returns

What is Geoffrey Kent Safari’s return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

To return an item, simply email admin@geoffreykentsafari.com
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with all tags intact. In case of an exchange, the new items will be sent without additional costs. Please return your items using secure means and recorded delivery:

Please note that if you are based outside the EU you may need to pay taxes and duties on the returns.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
